Durham FC's Recreational and Competitive Programs are dedicated to fostering a love of soccer and developing players of all ages and skill levels within the Durham community. We are seeking enthusiastic and committed volunteer coaches to join our team and make a positive impact on young athletes.

Who We're Looking For:

We're seeking individuals who demonstrate:

• Passion for Soccer: A genuine love for the game and a desire to share it with others.

• Dedication to Youth Development: A commitment to creating a positive and supportive learning environment.

• Strong Communication Skills: The ability to effectively communicate with players, parents, and program administrators.

• Reliability and Professionalism: The ability to consistently meet commitments and uphold program standards.

Time Commitment:

• 10-15 hours per week during the season.

• Two team training sessions per week (typically 5:00-7:00 PM, subject to change).

• Weekend league games (8 total).

• Depending on level: 2-3 tournaments per season.​
